Boxing Day action in the local derby between Kidsgrove Athletic and Newcastle Town at The Seddon Stadium.
After a festive pint in the clubhouse we took our place in the stand to see Kidsgrove start the brighter and open the scoring but fade later on with Newcastle grabbing an equaliser before half time. After another pint at half time the second half was goalless but both teams came close.
Final score - 1 - 1
