It’s the FA Cup third round today. There’ll be the usual talk of the magic of the cup and the hope for an upset from non-league and lower league sides.

The non-league sides still left in the competition (Crawley, York and Dover) will be hoping for a upset on the scale of this classic from 1972 when non-league Hereford United put First Division Newcastle out of the cup with an absolute screamer from the rocket-man, Ronnie Radford.
